Bank credit matching
Settlement references are matched to the credit in your bank statement, so short or late payouts show up on the day.
Fee breakdown per order
Referral fee, closing fee, shipping slab, collection fee and pick and pack shown separately for every order.
TCS and TDS tracked
GST TCS under Section 52 and income tax TDS under Section 194-O are captured per payout for your CA.
Return adjustments
Reversals and recoveries are linked to the original order, not left floating in the next payout.
COD remittance tracking
Cash collected by couriers is matched to delivered COD orders and flagged when remittance runs late.

How far back can we reconcile?
As far back as you have reports. Most sellers start with the last closed month, then backfill the financial year.
What if a payout covers orders from last month?
Orders are matched to the payout that actually paid them, whatever the order date. Carry-forward items stay open until they are paid.
Do you need our marketplace passwords?
No. You upload the reports you already download from seller central, or connect official report access that you can remove at any time.
