Refund Policy

Start with the free month

Every account can reconcile one month from one marketplace free before paying. We encourage you to use it to check the service fits your channels and reports.

Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and you keep access until then. Payments for a month already started are not refunded.

Yearly plans

• Cancel within 14 days of a yearly payment for a full refund.
• After 14 days, you can cancel the renewal and keep access until the end of the paid year.
• If you cancel after 14 days because the service could not reconcile your channel's reports, contact us and we will refund the unused full months.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice or charged for the wrong plan, contact us and we will correct it and refund the difference.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Taxes are refunded in line with the invoice.

Marketplace claims are separate

Money recovered from marketplaces through claims you submit is paid by the marketplace directly to you. It is not part of our billing and we do not take a share of it.
