Do we get money back automatically?
No. We find possible leaks and draft the claim files. You review and submit them to the marketplace, which decides each claim.
How accurate are the flags?
Each flag is a rule check or a model finding backed by source rows you can open. If a flag is wrong you dismiss it, and the same pattern is not flagged again for that SKU.
